Actions Taken:

1. J. Roach presented a supplemental capital proposal from the Board of Selectmen for roof replacement for the Town Hall ($35K).

2. The CapOut Committee requested that the Town Accountant update the balance sheet for all capital accounts with a surplus balance.

Votes Taken:

1. MOVED by J. Hitter, and duly seconded, that the minutes of the December 22, 2004 Capital Outlay Committee meeting be accepted. VOTED in the affirmative, 7-0-0.
